Gill is currently 6-2, with a perfect 3-0 record within the Skyland Conference, defeating their divisional opponents by an average of over 42 points a game.
One of the Knights’ losses came against New York City powerhouse St. Raymond’s on December 29, and GSB also fell just short against St. Joseph (Mont.) on New Year’s Day.
Offensively, Zach Martini ’20, Denver Anglin ’22, and Mack Mgbako ’23 are all averaging well over 10 points a game.
Gill will look to continue its strong start of the season against the number-one ranked team in the country, Montverde (FL), on Friday, January 10 at 8:30 p.m., in the Metro Classic at RWJ Barnabas Arena in Toms River.
