Located on the border of Morris and Somerset counties, Gill St. Bernard's was founded in 1900. The school is situated on a 208-acre campus that includes more than 20 buildings, a turf field, tennis courts, a working farm, as well as a two-acre garden, and orchard which offer our students college-level facilities.
At Gill, we seek to bring out the best in all of our students and foster a love of learning in academics, the arts, and athletics. Our teachers are at the center of all we do. Their knowledge and enthusiasm for their subject matter inspires our students to seek challenge and discover their own passions, both inside and outside of the classroom.
The GSB community is made up of educators who share a passion for teaching and working with children of all ages. Guided by
the school's mission, we prepare our students for success not only in college, but in keeping with the goal of achieving a meaningful life. A sense of balance permeates all that we do here.
At GSB, we believe in and embrace lifelong learning. Regular professional development is available and fosters a growth mindset among our faculty. Financial assistance is available for teachers pursuing advanced degrees.
The school offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. The campus is conveniently located just north of Interstate 287 and Route 206 in Gladstone, NJ. It is easily accessible from Morristown, Summit and Bridgewater.
