Girls’ Soccer Earns Mid-Season Recognitions

The girls’ soccer team is having a strong season this fall, as the Knights are 10-4 and currently sit in second place in the Skyland Conference’s Mountain Division.

To earn such a solid record, the Knights have to be dominant on both offense and defense. According to NJ.com, that’s exactly what they are.

Gill was one of the few programs to be recognized as one of the top offensive and defensive units in the state. So far, GSB has scored 51 goals this season, ranking 22nd in New Jersey, while only allowing ten goals, ranking them 40th in New Jersey.

Additionally, standout goalie Teresa Zimmer ’20 has been listed as a candidate to keep an eye out for Goalkeeper of the Year.

Congratulations, everyone, and best of luck the rest of the year!
