Knights Down Princeton Day
The boys’ soccer team avenged last year’s Homecoming loss to Princeton Day by toppling the Tigers on Monday, October 7, 2-1. The victory improves GSB’s record to 9-3.
The Knights were on the attack the entire game, recording 19 shots on goal. Jordan Canica ’21 and Micah Garnette ’21 each recorded a goal, while Adam Berrocal '21 provided an assist in the win.
GSB next hits the field on Tuesday, October 15, against the ninth-ranked team in the state, Pingry, in what has been tabbed as one of the can’t-miss games of the week and could be a preview of the Somerset County Championship.
