Scheduling February 7 Parent/Teacher Conferences
Parent/teacher conferences will be held on Friday, February 7, 2020. Gill St. Bernard's will once again use the online pickAtime service to schedule conferences. The website allows parents to schedule all of their conference appointments in one place.
To enable our families with more than one enrolled child a head start, so that appointments can be made reasonably close together, the site will be open beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 28, through Wednesday, January 29. The site will be open to all GSB families on Thursday, January 30, and it will remain open until 11:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 5.
In scheduling appointments, please keep in mind that Lower School parents schedule appointments with the class teacher, while Middle and Upper School parents schedule with advisors.
pickAtime is integrated with KnightSite; there is no need to create an account or sign in separately. To access pickAtime, log in to KnightSite, and click on "Resources." The pickAtime block will be available here. Just click on the block, and you will automatically be signed in to your pickAtime account.
