Vote Now! Kalinak ’19, Skapinetz ’19 Selected as Top NJ Sophomores
Sophomore duo Matt Kalinak and Joe Skapinetz have been selected by NJ.com as among the top sophomore baseball players in the state!
The two Knights patrol the left side of the infield and have helped Gill to a 7-7 record on the season. Shortstop Kalinak is currently 16-for-40 with 19 runs and 17 walks. Third basemen Skapinetz is 13-for-39 with 12 RBI at the plate so far this year, and he has also produced on the mound and is currently 2-1 with a 2.67 ERA and 18 strikeouts in 18 innings pitched.
Voting is open until noon on May 7 to choose the top sophomore player in the Garden State. Congratulations and good luck to both Matt and Joe!
