Our Program is Small and Selective

Our international student program is small and selective; we admit no more than a handful of students to our Upper School annually. International students matriculate into our college-prep program on their first day at Gill St. Bernard’s. We do not provide ESL support, therefore International applicants must possess strong written and conversational English skills to be successful in our program.

Balance Matters at GSB

In addition to a rigorous course of study, the arts, athletics, student clubs, social activities, and participation in community service are part of the culture of our school and enrich the educational experience for all of our students. All students are strongly encouraged to take advantage of the many extracurricular activities that Gill has to offer. Each student is assigned a faculty advisor, and our international students benefit from the additional support they receive from our International Student Advisor.

Entrance Exam Requirements

Applicants whose native language is not English must take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). All other applicants must take the Secondary School Admission Test (SSAT).

Test scores should be sent to Gill St. Bernard's School directly from SSAT or TOEFL. We cannot accept copies of test results from other sources.
