Located on the border of Morris and Somerset counties, Gill St. Bernard's was founded in 1900. The school is situated on a 208-acre campus that includes more than 20 buildings, a turf field, tennis courts, a working farm, as well as a two-acre garden, and orchard which offer our students college-level facilities.

  • LS World Languages Teacher

    Gill St. Bernard’s School in Gladstone, NJ is searching for a full-time Lower School World Language teacher effective immediately. Candidates should have a background in teaching lower school students, be proficient in Spanish, French, and/or both, and have a strong desire to collaborate and integrate across disciplines and grade levels. GSB is a preschool through grade twelve independent day school residing on 208 acres. This is a highly attractive position, providing a great opportunity to instill a love of world languages and culture in young children.   • Substitute Teachers

    Gill St. Bernard’s School, an independent, nonsectarian, college preparatory day school for students from Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 12, is looking to add substitute teachers to their Sub list. A teaching certificate, substitute certificate or degree, as well as experience working with children is required. Qualifications also include the ability to collaborate and be flexible within the work environment.

  • Substitute School Nurse

    Gill St. Bernard’s School, an independent, nonsectarian, college preparatory day school for students from Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 12, located in Gladstone, New Jersey, is searching for a School Nurse to help with nursing duties as needed. This position will be paid on a per diem basis.
     
    The School Nurse must have the ability to work well with students, parents, faculty staff and administrators of the school, as well as strong organizational skills.
     
    Applicants must hold a New Jersey License as a registered nurse or a public health nurse and a valid driver’s license. Nursing experience in a school setting is preferred.
